The forms only collect the information needed to process your request: identity, contact details, organisation and the content of your message.

Purposes and retention

This data is used to organise the exhibition, answer requests and follow up on applications. It is kept for as long as these purposes and applicable legal obligations require.

Recipients and security

Access is restricted to authorised members of the SIERBA team. Data is never sold to third parties.

Cookies

The site only sets the following cookies:

• sierba_locale — remembers your chosen language (12 months). Necessary.
• sierba_consent — remembers your cookie choice (6 months). Necessary.
• payload-token — keeps team members signed in to the administration area (session length). Necessary.
• Google reCAPTCHA — protects forms against automated submissions, on pages that contain one. Necessary for the security of the service; Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

No audience measurement or advertising cookie is used at present. If an audience measurement tool is added, it will only be enabled with your consent. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data through the contact form, subject to legal retention obligations.
